Where do I find the Privacy Policy, Terms and Refund Policy?
The Privacy Policy, the Terms and the Refund Policy are all available inside the Ombient app.
You can open them at any time to read the full legal text, before or after you subscribe.
How to open them
Open Ombient and go to your Profile.
Open the settings section.
Look for the legal or about area, where the documents are listed.
Tap the document you want to read.
The documents are also reachable from the subscription screen before you confirm a purchase, which is the moment they matter most.
What each one covers
The Privacy Policy explains what data Ombient collects, why, and what control you have over it.
The Terms set out the rules for using the app and the service.
The Refund Policy describes how refunds work for purchases made on our website. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow Apple's or Google's own refund process instead.
Why the in-app version is the one to read
The documents inside the app are the current, authoritative versions.
If you saw an older copy somewhere else, or a summary in a help article including this one, treat the in-app document as the one that applies.
