How do I connect Ombient to Apple Health or Health Connect?
Ombient can optionally connect with Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
The integration is optional: you decide whether to turn it on, and you can leave it off and use Ombient normally.
How to turn it on
Open Ombient and go to your Profile.
Open the settings section.
Find the health integration option and enable it.
Confirm the permission request that your device shows.
The permission dialog comes from your device, not from Ombient, so the exact wording depends on your phone and its version.
How to turn it off again
You can disable the integration at any time from the same settings section.
You can also revoke the permission on the device side, in the Apple Health or Health Connect settings, where every app that has access is listed.
Turning it off does not delete your Ombient account or your progress.
If you do not see the option
Check that your device actually has Apple Health or Health Connect available. On Android, Health Connect may need to be installed or enabled first.
Make sure you are on the latest version of Ombient from the App Store or Google Play.
If you declined the permission earlier, the device may not ask again. Grant it in your device health settings instead.
