What are live group Breathwork sessions?

Ombient offers live group Breathwork sessions, where you breathe along with other people at the same time.
A participant counter shows who is joining, so you can see that you are not practising alone. Results are individual and vary from person to person.

What makes them different

A normal Breathwork session runs whenever you open it, at your own pace.
A live group session runs at one moment for everybody: the audio guide leads the same breathing pattern for every person taking part, at the same time.
Nothing is shared but the timing. You are not visible to others, and the counter shows how many people are joining, not who they are.

How to take part

  • Open the Breath tab.

  • Look for a live group session there and join it.

  • Follow the audio guide the same way as in a normal session.

  • You can leave at any time using the exit control, exactly as in any other session.

Because these sessions run at a set moment, one is not always available. If you do not see a live session in the tab, none is running right now, and you can start a normal Breathwork session instead.

Practical notes

  • Join a couple of minutes early if you can, so you are settled when the guide starts.

  • A stable connection matters more here than in a normal session, because a live session is not something you can download in advance.

  • If a session feels unpleasant, leave. Nobody is watching, and nothing is lost by exiting early.

If you cannot join, or the live session will not play, see the article about content not playing, or write to us from Contact Us in your Profile or at [email protected] and tell us when you tried.
