What is included in Ombient premium?
An Ombient subscription unlocks the premium content in the app.
After you subscribe, that content unlocks where you already are: in the courses, in Breathwork and in the library.
What you unlock
Locked sessions inside courses, so you can complete a course from start to finish instead of stopping at the free part.
The higher Breathwork levels, which are part of premium.
The full library of music, mantras, frequencies and guided meditations.
Your personal plan, the Today screen and the mood tracker keep working as before. Premium widens what you can open, it does not replace how the app works.
How to tell whether it is active
The clearest sign is the content itself: sessions that were locked open normally.
If you have paid but still see locked sessions, that is usually an account question rather than a payment question, and the article about restoring purchases covers it.
Notes
Both billing periods give the same premium access. Only the payment interval differs.
Premium follows your account, so it is available on your devices when you sign in with the same method and email.
If something you expected to be included is still locked, write to us from Contact Us in your Profile or at [email protected] and name the session.
