What are the Breathwork difficulty levels?
Breathwork has difficulty levels from 1 to 4.
The higher levels are part of premium and unlock with an active subscription. Start at a level that feels comfortable and progress at your own pace. Results are individual and vary from person to person.
Where to choose the level
Open the Breath tab and pick the level before you start a session.
The level you choose sets how demanding the breathing pattern is that the audio guide leads you through.
Which levels are included
The lower levels are available to everyone and are the right place to begin.
The higher levels are premium and open once you have an active subscription.
Level numbers describe difficulty, not quality: a level 1 session is a complete session, not a trimmed down version of a higher one.
How to pick your level
Begin at the lowest level, even if you have breathing experience elsewhere. It costs one session to find out.
Move up when the current level feels easy to follow from start to finish.
There is no benefit in rushing through the levels. Progress at your own pace.
If a session feels unpleasant, use the exit control and stop. You can leave at any time.
If a level is locked
A locked level means it is premium, not that something is broken.
If you already pay and the higher levels are still locked, that is usually an account question: premium follows the account that made the purchase. The article about restoring purchases walks through it.
If the level opens but the session will not play, see the article about content not playing, or write to us from Contact Us in your Profile or at [email protected].
