What is in the Catalog?

The Catalog tab is where you browse Ombient's content: courses and individual sessions, music, mantras, frequencies and guided meditations.
Open a course to see its sessions and your progress.

Where to find the Catalog

The Catalog is one of the main tabs in the app.
You can reach it from the bottom or side navigation, depending on your device.
Use it when you want to explore what is available beyond your personal plan and Today picks.

What you can find in the Catalog

In the Catalog you can browse:

  • Courses and series made of multiple sessions.

  • Individual sessions for specific goals like sleep, stress or focus.

  • Music and soundscapes for background listening or relaxation.

  • Mantras, frequencies and guided meditations for different practices.

Content is grouped by themes so you can explore by topic, mood or goal instead of searching by name.

How to use a course

When you open a course in the Catalog, you see:

  • A short description of what the course is about.

  • A list of all sessions in the course.

You can start from the first session or jump to any session that feels right for you.
Your progress is saved automatically as you complete sessions.

Tips for browsing the Catalog

  • Use the Catalog when you want to explore new topics or go deeper into something you already know.

  • If you are not sure what to choose, start from your Plan or Today and use the Catalog for extra content.

  • Combine Catalog browsing with your personal plan so you do not get overwhelmed by too many options.
